Why o why can't we have the Federation Bells ringing on the hour, every hour from 9 till 9 7???? They are cotumper controlled so it is crazy when they tell you they ring b/w 8-9, 12.30-1.30 and 5-6. I sat there from 5 till 5.30 and I'm still waiting to hear these bells. They are a celebration of federation for the people of Victoria so please let us HEAR them ring!!!!!!!! #
